Knit caps, smokey eyes, lots of lashes, and curvy, rosy lips at J. Mendel. Very Biba, 1960s London. Overall, I love it, but the girl on the right is sporting a curious lack of undereye concealer, another instance of this inexplicable runway "trend" that I wish would just go away.
