Clarins Hydra-Balance Tinted Moisturizer

We've been told for years that the minimum SPF we should look for in our skincare products is 15.So what's the point of putting SPF 6 in this tinted moisturizer? It's not high enough to provide adequate sun protection, so most likely all it's doing is jacking up the cost of the product (it's $40!). And if you use it, you'll need a separate sunscreen, which is just what everyone wants, right?
